How do I activate my account?

Note:
There is a problem with the activation mail, not everybody who signs up receives the mail. Support is looking at this problem.
Until it is fixed. Go to the login page and enter the email address you signed up with. Click login and you will be sent a mail with your password. Try to login and you will be sent a mail with the activation link. Click this link and you will then be able to login.

When you joined you will have received an email with an activation link.  Click the link or if required cut and paste it into your browser.  If you have lost the email simply request a password reminder and the link will be included in your password reminder email too.

Banner eXchange ws is a banner exchange which means you need to display our banners on your website to earn credits that can be used to display your banners on other peoples website.  Your banners will begin to show once 10 visitors have seen the banners on your website.

What kind of websites and banners do you allow? (do you allow adult content?)

We have very strict rules about what is allowed. We do Not Allow Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content, Gambling, Racial, Hate, Illegal, Drugs or related including parmacutical links or banners, SPAM, Auto-Surf Software, or any other material that may be illegal, offensive or unethical. It's common sense stuff really, but for the record we're here to promote legitimate family friendly websites only.

Typically our members promote online businesses, businesses tools and business events. As long as these meet with the above guidelines and don't offend anyone then that's fine by us.

Are there any specific websites you do not allow?

No, at the present time there are no specific websites that are not allowed

Do you allow popups, pop-unders and exit pages?

Current policy is to allow a maximum of 1 from the page associated with the banner click. 

If you are earning credits from another program that shares your ad as a popup somewhere else keep in mind that except in exceptional circumstances the viewer will be hostile towards your advert and it may actually be detrimental to your success.

Also make sure that the adverts you end up promoting won't get you banned from the exchange (for example use of pornographic material).

Do you allow the use of languages other than English?

Although English is the preferred language, Yes you may us languages other than English.

What are your terms and conditions?

Why do I see my banners on your site using my credits?

Our website is growing in popularity and there is as much chance of making a sale from your banner being shown here as much as anywhere!  However, we do cycle ALL our customer banners on this site so one of two situations may arise:

1.  If you are promoting a common product someone maybe using the same banner as you.  In this situation none of your credits will be used.

2.  We give you 5000 impressions free to cover the rare situations when you are shown your own banner on this site.  This will more than compensate you!
